Lion conflict opportunity

Applicants are invited to apply for a potential PhD project on the hotspots of lion presence and conflict, which would be supervised collaboratively between scientists from Newcastle University, the University of Stirling and WildCRU, and which would involve both desk- and field-based research. The funding of the project is contingent upon the strength of both the proposal and the student, so we are searching for someone who has excellent quantitative skills as well as proven ability to conduct fieldwork in remote locations.
