WildCRU member receives Compassionate Conservation Commendation

Dr Sandra Baker, who is the Humane Society Research Fellow at WildCRU, has received a Commendation in the 2014 Virginia McKenna Awards for Compassionate Conservation. For over 15 years Sandra has worked on issues relating to wild animal welfare, including human-wildlife conflict, humane wildlife management, foxhunting and the wildlife trade. Currently she is researching the assessment of welfare impacts in wildlife management.
