Born in Norway Lise is an interdisciplinary soul. She graduated in Political Science at the Texas Lutheran University before moving on to take Masters degrees in Oxford in Environmental Change and Management and the Scuola Enrico Mattei in Milan Energy in Environmental Economics.Lise then joined the wildcru to study the bushmeat trade in north West Africa. She completed her doctorate in 2007 but the WildCRU continues to work on the data collected during her time here.
